If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition with original packaging also in new condition; or if defective. Merchandise that appears used may not be returned.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or incorrectly sent. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs only on damaged items or merchandise we incorrectly sent. Merchandise returned that appears used will not be refunded.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
